Experience with various applications, packages and hardware which includes; Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Adobe products, Blackberry, Netware, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CAT5 and 6, Cisco, WAN, VPN, wireless, and hardware repair.
