I am an old DOS guy I have been in service for many years at least 20 last count. I have excellent communication skills both on a phone or in a clients home or work place, I have been a customer I know how you wish to be treated and I strive everyday to keep that as one of my highest quality’s I understand both software and hardware with great detail and know how to explain myself as I work with out making you feel any less of a person.
