Having previous experience working for a VAR I have been in several key locations and positions. Some are included here: Help desk tech - take and log calls from clients, Work with the IS team to quickly resolve client issues; Break / Fix Tech - travel to clients site to diagnose and repair equipment, or to install new equipment; Rollout manager - to co-ordinate new equipment or software rollout.
