I am skilled in virus/spyware/malware detectinand removal. On average, 95% of computers I work on, I am able to remove the problem without using the restore CD's. As long as the machine in question does not have more than 40 gigs of data, I will make a Norton Ghost image before proceeding with the removal. I do need an additional hour of pay at 1/2 my normal rate to accomplish this. Any travel beyond 50 mile round trip will be added in at the cost of $0.485 per mile (federal rate)
