"Office PC network connectivity issue Server 'clicking' issue - shows last backup non-successful Panoramic X-ray room ethernet issue"
"Office PC network connectivity issue - Tech re-terminated both ends of ethernet and added patch cord to switch. Computer recognized ethernet connection but no IP address was given. Tech looked at server IP settings and assigned it a .19 IP address. Computer was back in service. Extra ethernet card was not needed but tech advised to leave in system. Tech disabled it in the network settings. For whatever reason it wasn't using it's assigned IP address but trying to pull DHCP. Server 'clicking' noise -Tech looked at the log - Drive e:/ had not been available at the time. Removable USB based drive was evidently not recognized on the system. Simple unplug and plug in of USB drive remedied it. Panoramic X-Ray room PC ethernet issue - Tech went into crawl space and re-fed the cat-5 into room. Tech re-terminated into modular jack and tested."
