"Wireless phone retail store has an audio visual kiosk / triage system. 22" Touchscreen needs to be replaced. New brackets are being shipped also to hold the touchscreen in the greeter station. Tech will need drill, spare wood screws, to install new touchscreen."
"It would appear that dust clogged the monitor and did not allow heat exit the enclosure. Also the mounting brackets are different from one monitor to the other, so what I did was cut a long piece of velcro from my roll.
