to reality by developing support base, interpreting and passing zoning laws,
recruiting directors, raising funds and hiring staff, writing procedures and
continuing through successful plant and licensed evangelical residential
maternity home to now an active resource and the use of 4 homes in Dilworth.
* Joined a property management company as a Controller
with no previous financials, evaluated software, purchased and installed,
trained staff and designed reports.
Evaluated, insurance, staffing and mortgage needs. Performed leasing
audits resulting in over $100k of increased revenues in 9 months and more
later. Set procedures in place to
continue increases and CAM revenues.
* Moved from Commercial Real Estate to Residential Real
Estate by passing and receiving Broker status, licensed in North & South
Carolina. Awarded first year as
company?s Rookie of the Year.

Residential & Commercial Realty Companies, Business Analyst,
1996-2002; Broker 2002- current.
Configured customized training class, wrote several manuals, implemented
new software, set up Access database, designed templates, liaison with various
computer vendors, advanced macro design, upgraded accounting procedures,
Calltrax , MLS, Tempo and other industry specific software. Trained all levels
of employees from entry level to CEO on all levels of Microsoft Office,
including Publisher and Microsoft Project and Access.
