ACCOMPLISHMENTS

* Evaluated various companies software levels and requirements, wrote manuals, prepared training in classes and one-on—one.  Also, have worked with numerous Companies: IKON, CPCC, AT &T etc. subcontracted as a Trainer/Consultant.  Trained individually and via classroom on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Yardi, and various other softwares.  Developed templates and increased usability of inter-office communications.

* Increased Alexa rating for website.  Internet project coordinator.  Using market research, learning science and evaluating client usage.

* Lois? Lodge Maternity Home 501( c)3 brought from idea to reality by developing support base, interpreting and passing zoning laws, recruiting directors, raising funds and hiring staff, writing procedures and continuing through successful plant and licensed evangelical residential maternity home to now an active resource and the use of 4 homes in Dilworth.

* Joined a property management company as a Controller with no previous financials, evaluated software, purchased and installed, trained staff and designed reports.  Evaluated, insurance, staffing and mortgage needs. Performed leasing audits resulting in over $100k of increased revenues in 9 months and more later.  Set procedures in place to continue increases and CAM revenues.

* Moved from Commercial Real Estate to Residential Real Estate by passing and receiving Broker status, licensed in North & South Carolina.  Awarded first year as company?s Rookie of the Year.  Periodic Top Producer.

CERTIFICATION     Real Estate Broker, REALTOR, NC & SC, 2003. Rookie of the Year, 2003  CPA received in Missouri and Florida.  Currently Inactive.

EDUCATION   Furman University, Bachelor of Arts, Business, 1979.  GAP 3.3  Mingle Institute, Real Estate Broker and Continuing Education.  Various Software Training: Microsoft Office, Compensation Master, Yardi, QuickBooks, Microsoft Project, Internet and Showtime.

EXPERIENCE Training    Consulting  Accounting  Real Estate-Non-profit Development

     Residential & Commercial Realty Companies, Business Analyst, 1996-2002; Broker 2002- current.   Configured customized training class, wrote several manuals, implemented new software, set up Access database, designed templates, liaison with various computer vendors, advanced macro design, upgraded accounting procedures, Calltrax , MLS, Tempo and other industry specific software. Trained all levels of employees from entry level to CEO on all levels of Microsoft Office, including Publisher and Microsoft Project and Access.

  Chartwell Development, LLC. Controller/ Computer Administrator, 1998.  Implemented Yardi software for several in-house companies.  Developed procedures for accounting, maintenance and other areas of company management.  Increased revenues tremendously due to CPI increases and lease auditing.  Delivered financial statements to partners.
